In addition, we normally organise a special yoga workshop, a craft session, a group activity, wine tasting or other event that will be relevant to where we are.
We are here to do yoga and explore secrets of a new and exciting city. You can expect a great balance of soaking up everything that the city has to offer and recharging batteries with yoga and mindfulness.
Some meals will be provided plus activities such a city tour, food tasting, museums etc.
This is our active retreat. You can opt out from any activities but it would be great if you could try and learn a new skill. It could be anything from surfing to ice climbing. It's for the advanced daredevils and beginners who want to try something new.
Normally breakfasts and dinners are provided and we have professional instructors teaching us new skills or supervising what we already can do. All is safe and all is incredible fun.
