You are are invited to our ‘Treat Night’ treating you to something really special.
Have you ever wondered what a Yoga retreat is about? We would love to offer you the opportunity to find out more!
We will have some samples of the delicious healthy food served on our retreats and will offer some yummy restorative yoga and meditation experience. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
In addition everyone attending the ‘Treat Night’ will receive a one off discount on any of our retreats booked on the night and one lucky person will receive £100 discount!
Our yoga retreats are usually 2 or 3 night weekend breaks hosted regularly in a range of different venues around Scotland and abroad.We offer an opportunity for self care, relaxation and pretty amazing adventures.

Meditate, move, stretch, breathe and eat delicious food as you settle into our afternoon retreat together in the city at the gorgeous Foodstory in Aberdeen.
Foodstory are a group of people who, in 2013, launched a Kickstarter with a dream of building a space where anyone of any age, any walk of life of life could not just eat great, healthy food but could come in and feel part of a community through art and music. They believe in bringing people together.
They built the cafe themselves, and most of the furniture was donated or built from salvaged parts, so the shelves are a bit wonky, the chairs are odd, and the ageing, yet beautiful-sounding Monington & Weston piano was left by Sandy’s late grandfather. You can come and play it if you like.

I HAVEN’T DONE MUCH YOGA BEFORE, CAN I COME?
We have designed this retreat for people who love yoga, whether they are beginners or have been practicing for years. Regardless of your experience we will adapt the classes to what feels confortable for you. Our ethos is open and friendly and we set up our business to spread yoga to people who perhaps wouldn’t have gone on a yoga retreat before. So don’t be shy, there is no time like the present to start your journey with yoga.
I AM QUITE AN EXPERIENCED YOGI, WOULD I ENJOY YOUR RETREATS?
Yes! All our retreats and holidays are suitable for those who have done little or lots of yoga. Retreats are so small and so unique we have the time and the space to always make sure that every single person in the group has their needs and expectations met over the time they are with us.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RETREAT AND A HOLIDAY?
Our yoga retreats & wellbeing weekends and days are designed to be more relaxing and less adrenaline fuelled. They restore mental and physical health and leave you feeling invigorated in body and spirit. They are a perfect quick fix and escape from your busy life.
