How does gorgeous rural Perthshire sound to you? Our venue for the day will be Burmieston Farm – a small but perfectly formed space renovated in a way that has kept the rustic charm of the old solid buildings, where food is grown and small animals roam freely.
It’s the kind of place which instantly allows a feeling of peace and connection to nature.
The space has been created in a way that allows groups of people to come together, connect with one another and learn. Yoga will take place in the rustic barn, with the cookery session and lunch over in the renovated cart shed kitchen, a room filled with light from the larger windows. There is plenty of outdoor space to relax with a cup of herbal tea or to enjoy nature and take a walk in the surrounding fields.
You’ll be in the safe experienced hands of well trained professionals who specialise in yoga, mindfulness and food.

What is included?
We will provide you with the opportunity to rest, cleanse and rejuvenate your body and mind during this reTreat day.
- Energy snacks and tea on arrival
- 90 minute energising yoga session (suitable for all levels including beginners) plus 60 minute restorative yin yoga session
- Positive affirmation, internal strength building and letting go of what you don’t need

- 9.30 – 10am arrival - yummy and healthy snacks and tea on arrival prepared by Debbie
- 10.30am - 90 minute energising yoga session led by Daria
- 12.15pm - nutritious vegetarian/vegan lunch prepared by Debbie
- 1.30pm - opportunity to take part in cookery and learning session with Debbie or free time to relax and explore the area, read a book outside
- 3pm - 60 minute restorative yin yoga session led by Daria
- 4.15pm - afternoon tea and healthy snacks
- 5pm - goodbyes and departure

I HAVEN’T DONE MUCH YOGA BEFORE, CAN I COME?
We have designed this retreat for people who love yoga, whether they are beginners or have been practicing for years. Regardless of your experience we will adapt the classes to what feels confortable for you. Our ethos is open and friendly and we set up our business to spread yoga to people who perhaps wouldn’t have gone on a yoga retreat before. So don’t be shy, there is no time like the present to start your journey with yoga.
I AM QUITE AN EXPERIENCED YOGI, WOULD I ENJOY YOUR RETREATS?
Yes! All our retreats and holidays are suitable for those who have done little or lots of yoga. Retreats are so small and so unique we have the time and the space to always make sure that every single person in the group has their needs and expectations met over the time they are with us.
DO I NEED INSURANCE?
We have our own teacher's insurance and we are not planning any extreme sports, however, we require you to consider taking out your own insurance in case you have an accident whilst away, especially on your way to our retreat.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A RETREAT AND A HOLIDAY?
Our yoga retreats & wellbeing weekends are designed to be more relaxing and less adrenaline fuelled. They restore mental and physical health and leave you feeling invigorated in body and spirit. They are a perfect quick fix and escape from your busy life.
CAN I CANCEL MY RESERVATION?
Unfortunately, once booked you won’t be able to cancel your booking however if you find someone who would like to take up your place we are happy to exchange it minus £20 admin charge. Remember that in order to take advantage of the early bird prices you must pay in full.
DO I NEED SPENDING MONEY
Not really unless you have extra things planned outside the retreat. All food will be provided. You just need to arrive and relax!

Yes, to participate you must be at least 18
