You all know how much I love my green smoothies (not sure that Phil loves them as much as I do). It's so incredibly simple to have at least one smoothing a day and you don't go to Fuel or another ridiculously expenses place to get your icy, sugary smoothie that doesn't give you anything other than sugar based carbohydrates. Try this little guy. He's small but mighty and will make you feel amazing!
- 1 Handful of spinach
- 1 Cup of almond milk
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter
